We now have a bid to replace the roof - $12,400.00! 
The historical society board has decided to use historic asphalt shingles on the roof and donations are now being accepted.  Remember, all donations to the project, in any amount, are tax-deductible and will be publicly recognized.
Future costs include a wiring inspection and some wiring replacement; push button light switches, outlets and plates; heating system (and possibly cooling), several window glass replacements; wall paper and border; wood,screen wire and brackets for window screen replacement; wood to repair the front porch rail and newell posts; a new parlor door (which will have  a beautiful studio glass insert), and lots of miscellaneous supplies for repairing wall cracks, etc.
